All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please contact the relevant platform store directly.
If our Services offer subscription-based features, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POCHOS PARTS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pochos Parts and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
You may stop using our Services at any time by uninstalling the applications from your device. If you have an account, you may request account deletion by contacting us at kamruihossom@gmail.com.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including but not limited to situations where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Services is immediately revoked.
Upon termination, you lose access to all Virtual Items, in-game progress, and any other data associated with your use of the Services. We are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation for any lost content or features upon termination.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of our Services from time to time. Some updates may be mandatory and may be installed automatically. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you through our Services or other means. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pochos Parts operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us in connection with the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pochos Parts regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral.
No failure or delay by Pochos Parts in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any right or remedy on one occasion shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or remedy on any subsequent occasion.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or pandemics.
